About the Role
About the Position: Serves as the Recruitment and Placement Branch Chief performing operational assignments in Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA). CHRA is responsible for operational HR effectiveness worldwide to include establishing and maintaining standards and measurements, total quality management, organizational development and workforce utilization for the Army's delivery of civilian personnel administrative services.
What You'll Do
- →Supervise and guide recruitment and placement staff including assigning work and reviewing personnel actions.
- →Advise management on recruitment strategies, staffing plans, and compliance with merit system principles.
- →Analyze staffing needs and labor market conditions to improve recruitment processes and procedures.
- →Manage special projects investigating recruitment complaints and research deficiencies.
- →Provide technical advice and consultation on recruitment methods and placement programs.
- →Prepare and present analytical reports and recommend program changes.
- →Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries related to recruitment and placement.
