What You'll Do
- →You will be able to supervise technical/administrative staff operations and manage programs.
- →You will be able to analyze, evaluate and access the organization's staffing requirements and recommend solutions and strategies to accomplish mission goals and objectives.
- →You will be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to audiences at various echelons within and outside the organization.
- →You will have expert knowledge of and skill in applying principles, practices, and techniques in recruitment and placement to sufficiently provide expert authoritative advice to managers and supervisors in order to analyze and resolve issues.
- →You will serve as a recognized expert by other senior HR staff and program managers and develop appropriate interventions for management on significant recruitment and placement issues and concerns.
