Primary purpose of this position is to exercise second-level supervisory and managerial authorities over a branch made up of subordinate sections, each with sub-units employing Human Resources Specialists (Recruitment), leads the following TA: AF Civilian Enterprise Recruiting, Strategic Workload, AF Marketing, Budget Execution and Oversight, and AF Workforce Planning.
What You'll Do
- →As Branch Chief plans, organizes, and oversees the Talent Acquisition programs across AFPC Directorates.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the Talent Acquisitions Branch to AFPC, the Air Force, DoD, and its agencies, the Federal Government and/or industry organizations.
- →Conducts and/or leads studies and/or initiatives to improve programs and/or influence policy changes for assigned functional areas that typically involve long-range, highly complex, and often sensitive topics.
- →Plans and implements the Accessions Branch quality and self-evaluation program.
