About the Position: Serves as a Supervisory HR Specialist for Human Resources Command (HRC), Force Shaping Directorate (FSD) located at Fort Knox, KY.
What You'll Do
- →Directs the compilation, validation, and analysis of complex personnel data, including projected strength, gains and losses, and promotions.
- →Serves as a Supervisor Human Resources (HR) Specialist (Military), with responsibility for providing technical advice and guidance regarding a wide variety of Military HR Programs.
- →Research and analyze historical data to formulate recommendations for enhancing operational effectiveness and action processing.
- →Directs the selection and appointment process for new hires, makes promotion recommendations, and champions professional development Establishes protocols for data accuracy, directing adjustments to source systems like the Recruit Quota System (REQUEST) and the Army Training Resources System (ATRRS).
