About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Bassett Army Community Hospital in Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Federal employees in Alaska are currently entitled to receive a 1.49% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This is subject to change.
What You'll Do
- →Maintain personnel and manpower files to advise management on organizational resources issues.
- →Utilize civilian human resources databases to develop internal standard operating procedures.
- →Advise managers on various internal Civilian Human Resources programs to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures.
- →Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
- →Review, plan, and implement organizational changes to ensure recommendations follow regulatory requirements.
- →Participate in higher headquarters conferences and training to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
