You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL) in the Administrative Department of TSC PENSACOLA.
What You'll Do
- →You will interpret current and proposed military personnel action regulations to determine the impact on an organization.
- →You will evaluate human resource workforce performance to identify training and development needs for employees.
- →You will analyze qualitative and quantitative data to report human capital management statistical information to managers.
- →You will consult with customers on human resources issues (e.g., strategic workforce development, sustainment, compensation management, organizational design).
- →You will develop a strategic staffing plan to meet future workforce needs.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Have a Master's or equivalent graduate degree. or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.
