What You'll Do
- →You will provide supervision, direction, and management of daily operations to include, but not limited to assigned transactional work such as gains and losses, military pay, separations, retirements, retentions, etc.
- →You will make decisions on technical and personnel problems, recommend performance awards, assign work based on priorities, and develop performance plans.
- →You will monitor organizational workload and productivity and make adjustments to meet departmental objectives.
- →You will prepare correspondence concerning any personnel actions to include those of a sensitive or technical nature for review and approval by higher authority.
