What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Plans, develops, organizes, evaluates, and directs comprehensive programs covering all areas of HR processing.
- →Ensures employees within the Processing Unit follow applicable laws and Office of Personal Management (OPM) regulations, as well as DHS, and ICE policies and procedures.
- →Provides administrative and technical advice to staff, as necessary, for accomplishing the work of the Processing Unit.
- →Advises management on the impact of changes to statutory or regulatory responsibilities and recommends appropriate action to reduce the impact on ICE program offices.
- →Initiates and monitors studies and analyses affecting management of program requirements such as funding and milestones and deliverables.
