This is a non-bargaining unit position. Note: If selected, current ICE employees assigned to approved ICE alternate duty locations may be eligible to retain the alternate duty location in this position.

What You'll Do

  • Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Human Capital (OHC), Human Resources Operations Center (HROC).
  • The incumbent of this position serves as the Deputy Chief, HROC, and assists the HROC Chief in the overall mission of the HROC, providing expert advice and managing issues related to program office human resource (HR) needs to include Recruitment and Staffing, Classification, Benefits, Retirements, Processing, and Entry Level Hiring.
