About the Role
This position is located in the Human Resources Division, Arlington, VA. The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (HRD-DAD). You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the USMS Human Resources programs; Office of Employee and Labor Relations, Office of Compensation, Benefits, and Processing, Office of Administrative Staffing, Classification, and Audits, Office of Law Enforcement Programs; and Office of Health Administration.
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (HRD-DAD) at the GS-0201-15 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as a primary Human Resources Management advisor to the Assistant Director, Human Resources Division.
- →Primary Human Resources point of contact with the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD).
- →Participates in Human Resources budget preparation, review, and defense.
- →Formulates policies and prescribes rules, regulations, and procedures governing the execution of Human Resources requirements.

Requirements
- ✓Must complete an initial online questionnaire and additional assessment(s).
- ✓Must pass a pre-employment security investigation and drug screening.
- ✓This position is a Testing Designated Position and is subject to random drug testing.
- ✓May be required to successfully complete a trial/probationary period.
- ✓May be required to successfully complete a supervisory probationary period.

- ✓You must meet all qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

- ✓Applicants may not qualify for this position based on education in lieu of specialized experience at the GS-15 grade level.
