About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the Civilian Human Resources Division (N13) of COMMAND, NAVY INSTALLATIONS COMMAND (CNIC). Selectees in the National Capital Region (NCR) will report to Washington Navy Yard, If selected outside of the NCR, selectee must be able to report to a CNIC installation - https://www.cnic.navy.mil/Map/
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Principal Classifier responsible for position management and position classification program policy implementation guidance, administration, oversight, and execution across the CNIC enterprise.
- →You will provide expert advisory and technical services to senior level leadership, line managers, and supervisors on a broad range of complex and controversial classification issues.
- →You will analyze and interpret a wide variety of classification and/or organizational issues and formulate solutions.
- →You will organize, plan and assign work, sets priorities, and monitor workflow of subordinates based on priorities.
