What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a recruitment and staffing manager/advisor on overseas recruitment strategies, policies, and sources for both U.S. and Foreign National/Local National actions.
- →You will advise management on a wide range of staffing considerations such as recruitment methods, special programs, and pay flexibilities.
- →You will provide technical and analytical advice and assistance in resolution of difficult staffing problems.
- →You will oversee the administration of the overseas allowances and entitlements program.
- →You will take proactive measures to establish priorities based on serviced Command requirements.
- →You will plan, organize, direct, coordinate, review, and evaluate work of Human Resources Specialist and support personnel.
