What You'll Do
- →Supervises the daily operations of the Pueblo Distribution Center by planning, assigning, directing, and evaluating the work of assigned staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requirements.
- →Manages administrative and financial operations, including budget execution, purchase requests, purchase card transactions, billing, payroll support, and monitoring expenditures to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- →Coordinates customer fulfillment and inventory support activities by serving as the primary POC for customers, vendors, and suppliers, resolving operational issues, and ensuring products and services are delivered within established timeframes.
- →Evaluates operational performance by analyzing production data, workflow, costs, quality, and efficiency, and recommends process improvements to enhance mission effectiveness and reduce operational costs.
- →Leads personnel management activities by assigning work, establishing priorities, evaluating employee performance, identifying training needs, ensuring compliance with labor-management policies, and fostering employee development.

- ✓If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study.
