About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Engineering Department (200) of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the delivery of management and coordination.
- →You will develop and evaluate subordinate employee's performance standards.
- →You will monitor and oversee the work of MARMC 2M Inspectors in the assignment, coordination and management of 2M shipboard and shore site inspections technician recertifications.
- →You will monitor and oversee the Engineering Department's calibration program.
- →You will be expected to be an expert in both technical and administrative aspects of the work.
