You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the ENGINEERING and PLANNING DEPARTMENT, FLEET TECHNICIAN SUPPORT DIVISION (Code 210.1B) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will analyze and evaluate various programs to determine future workload and resource requirements.
- →You will plan work, set priorities, and prepare schedules for subordinates.
- →You will oversee and manage technical engineering work.
- →You will build connections with support activities and help guide others on policies, regulations, and procedures.
- →You will identify and coordinate development and training needs of subordinates.
- →You will offer guidance, help address complaints, and take disciplinary action if necessary.
