This position is located within the U.S. Department of Education's office of Federal Student Aid, in the Office of Communications, Outreach and Engagement (OCOE), Washington, DC. OCOE is tasked with developing, managing, and coordinating both internal and external communications—including publications, email and SMS/text campaigns, and social media and website content—for students, parents, borrowers, postsecondary schools, and higher education partners and stakeholders.

Requirements
