What You'll Do
- →This position is located at Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Assistant Administrator - Permitting and Taxation.
- →The following are the duties of this position at the GS-15.
- →If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position. - Develop policies pertaining to tax program areas.
- →Determine and resolve complex and sensitive issues to implement alcohol, tobacco, and firearms policies. - Plan and conduct internal reviews and analyses of National Revenue Center (NRC) tax program to see if there are areas where improvements can be made. - Direct annual risk assessments for programs overseen.
- →Report the degree of compliance with administrative and management integrity controls. - Formulate, modify, and oversee the execution of tax programs and plays a significant role in management of the overall revenue programs for the Bureau.
Requirements
