About the Role
This position is located in the Office of Results and Criminal Deterrence in the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL/RCD). The incumbent is responsible for developing and communicating design, monitoring, and evaluation (DME) policy and guidance across INL domestically and overseas.
What You'll Do
- →Works with bureau and Department stakeholders in drafting and clearing feasible requirements and standard processes.
- →Plays a leading role in outreach to INL implementing partners to oversee implementation of bureau -wide DME guidance and improve each partner's capability to use data to inform future efforts and deliver results.
- →Leads in shifting bureau culture to prioritize DME, and building collaboration between staff across the globe with staff in RCD to meet DME requirements and deliver results across projects, programs, and strategies.
- →Analyzes, communicate, and present results data to bureau and Department decision-makers, to inform future policy and program actions.
