The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the lead educational and instructional developer for Sexual Assault Program Response (SAPR), to include Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARC) and Victims Advocates education on the in-resident faculty of the USAF Personnel Professional Development School, performing a wide variety of duties and responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- →Performs course director duties.
- →Responsible for the overall preparation and execution of one or more SAPR courses and other SAPR related courses as assigned.
- →Provides platform or distributed instruction on matters related to the SAPR discipline comparable to graduate level courses.
- →Prepares class schedules, arranges for guest speakers, and ensures effective coordination of all activities in the conduct of courses for which administratively responsible.
- →Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of SAPR courses, using student survey data as well as direct statements from the students and adjunct faculty.
- →Prepares reports and briefs respective Al Functional Manager of any assigned course as required to address content of assigned classes and any changes required to the curricula.
