What are we looking for?

BetterHelp is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Client Growth with deep experience driving growth in consumer (B2C) products. This role will focus on some of our most critical growth levers, including free-to-paid conversion, monetization and packaging, upgrades, churn reduction, and winback. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from insight to execution, and is obsessed with using data to drive impact and prioritization. You'll own initiatives end-to-end and be expected to model impact, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver measurable business results — all while helping more people access mental health support.

What will you do?

- Own and lead high-impact client growth initiatives that materially impact revenue, conversion, and long-term customer value.
Drive strategy and execution a
