About the Role
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Carolina Lakes Golf Course. Performs over-the-counter selling of a variety of golf related merchandise.
What You'll Do
- →Performs over-the-counter selling of a variety of golf related merchandise.
- →Answers customer questions, and provides product knowledge to customers.
- →Assists with inventories, replenishes stock.
- →Reforms housekeeping duties in sales and storage areas.
- →Rotates and moves pro shop displays to enhance sales.
- →Performs other related duties as assigned.
- →Handles customer transactions through operation of pro shop POS and tee time system.
- →Responsible for ringing in sales, cash handling and the completion of daily paperwork involving sales transactions.
- →Coordinating daily operations involving cart sign out, club rentals, tee times, order of play, telephone inquiries, event sign-up sheets and customer follow-up.
