About The Role

The Store Managers’ primary role is leading and training of team members, striving for increased sales and wage control through the rotation of stock and delivering the high level of customer service experience. This will ensure that Spendless Shoes will continue to be the friendliest shoe people in the world!

Your Attributes

• Previous experience in a Retail/ Hospitality or Sales industry
• Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team
• Stock management and merchandising experience
• Understanding of sales budgets & KPI's
• Knowledge of rosters, wage control & people performance
• Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt
• Strong Customer service skills
• Thrive in a fun, fast-paced work environment
• Have the motivation to be successful
• You're confident and passionate
• You have a passion for fashion footwear
