About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Kadena Marina on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan.
What You'll Do
- →Performs and/or assists in the operation and maintenance of Marina facilities.
- →Assists customers by providing information and services offered.
- →Policies and procedures for use of facilities and assisting with resale and rental operations.
- →Takes reservations and accepts payment for services.
- →Assists customers with resale merchandise.
- →Determines customer needs, describes features and benefits of various makes/models of equipment, checks proper fit, etc.
- →Places special orders, rings up sales, and processes payments.
- →Assists customers with rental equipment in accordance with established safety standards and regulations.
- →Checks condition of equipment upon return.
- →Completes required forms, and takes required action for repairs.
- →Assists customers with equipment requiring servicing or repairs, conducts routine servicing or repairs, and completes maintenance records.
- →Receives, verifies, and stocks resale merchandise.
- →Displays and replenishes merchandise on sales floor and notifies supervisor when stock needs to be re-ordered.
- →Complies with cash accountability, inventory control and resource protection requirements.
