About the Role
About the position: This position will be assigned to the Little Rock AFB, AR - Information, Tickets and Travel facility. This is a flexible appointment position with 0 hours guaranteed but can be scheduled up to 40 hours a week. May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do
- →Performs the full range of travel agent and related functions for the Little Rock AFB ITT office: Provides assistance and information on commercial airline flights, rail passage, cruises, tours, sporting events, vacation packages, hotels, and car rentals to customers, both walk-ins and callers.
- →Researches travel and tour issues and provides clear and accurate information to patrons.
- →Coordinates leisure travel information and referral services for both individual and group customers.
- →Informs customers of all pertinent travel and lodging polices, restrictions, and itineraries.
- →Follows updated guidance provided.
