About the Role
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Carolina Skies Club Shaw AFB.
What You'll Do
- →Assists in planning, developing, and executing recreational activities such as classes, events, and programs.
- →Assists with developing recurring and nonrecurring activities, special events and joint community undertakings, to include on and offsite events.
- →Assists with planning and coordinating the details of activities to ensure maximum use of resources.
- →Assists with marketing and publicity.
- →Provides input to Carolina Skies manager for all programs and events, ensuring maximum effectiveness in attracting and motivating participants.
- →Arranges for equipment, supplies and services required to accomplish scheduled activities.
- →Provides Carolina Skies Manager with details of equipment, supplies, and/or services needed to accomplish scheduled activities.
- →Makes recommendations for improvements or enhancements for programs and events.
- →Prepare, set up, and breakdown for programs and events.
- →Is present during planned events, ensuring success and good order and organization of the program or event.
- →Reports information and details of event to Carolina Skies Manager via an After-Action Report.
- →May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty that includes weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- →Performs other related duties as assigned.
