About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Polar Bowl on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. Applications are open to ages 16 and older. This position is also Flexible, meaning you are guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your schedule will depend on needs of the facility.
What You'll Do
- →Under the supervision of the bowling center manager, operates the control counter in assignment of lanes, rental shoes, and locker space, and completes necessary paperwork for use of other facilities.
- →Operates cash register, makes change, and accounts for all cash received.
- →Responsible for reading the lanes, snack bar, and pro-shop cash registers at the end of assigned shifts.
- →Insures deposits are made in a timely manner.
- →Monitors performance of bowling center personnel to insure maximum patron oriented service.
- →Directs the activities of custodial workers on assigned shift.
- →Handles complaints in a professional manner, recognizing that the complain has to be resolved to the patrons satisfaction.
- →Perfroms other related duties as assigned.
