About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Davis Monthan Community Center. This position is a Flexible position 0 to 40 hours per week without Benefits.
What You'll Do
- →Assists other recreation assistants or specialists in the operations of ticket sales.
- →Greets customers as they enter the office and provides them with information about tickets and/or programs offered within the Force Support Squadron.
- →Operates cash register/POS system, rings up the sale, receives money and makes change and processes credit cards sale.
- →At the end of each tour of duty clears the cash register, and turns over cash and supporting documents as instructed.
- →Prepares daily cashier reports.
- →Assists in performing inventories on a daily and monthly basis.
- →Assists in maintaining stock of informational flyers attraction brochures, discount coupons, hotel directories and event schedules.
- →Keeps supervisor informed of any problems or conflicts.
- →Able to work alone in manager's absence.
- →Takes reservations and payments for trips and tours. notifies participants of schedule changes.
- →Maintains area in clean and orderly condition.
- →Performs other related duties as assigned.
