About the position: This position will be assigned to the Fitness Center on Nellis AFB, NV. This position is an NTE position, not to exceed 30 September 2026. Flexible employees have no guaranteed hours but may work up to 40 hours per week. This position does not offer benefits. Requires physical ability to demonstrate use of fitness equipment. Must be able to lift overhead and carry items up to 45 pounds. Subject to an uncommon tour of duty and required use of uniform.
What You'll Do
- →Cleans fitness center areas and equipment as needed, returns weight equipment and accessories to proper racks and locations; addresses policy violations when observed.
- →Washes and dries towels and uniforms as needed.
- →Assists in setting up facilities, grounds and equipment for programs and special functions and performs minor maintenance or repairs on equipment as needed; performs opening and closing procedures of facilities IAW written guidelines.
