About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the FAMCAMP at Davis Monthan AFB. This position is a Flex Position. Flexible positions are guaranteed 0 hours but may work up to 40 hours per week. No benefit.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for manning the customer service desk with the FamCamp.
- →Greets and assists guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- →Takes reservations and payment for FamCamp guests.
- →Operates a Point of Sa les (POS) system, handling all monetary transactions include safe cash handling procedures.
- →Prepares daily cashier reports and makes deposits.
- →Monitors activities of FamCamp patrons to ensure rules and regulations are complied with.
- →Assists in performing inventory of daily supplies and replenish supply items as needed.
- →Keeps supervisor informed of any problems or conflicts.
- →Maintains area in clean and orderly condition both inside and outside of building removing debris.
- →Helps with group activities which require more than one staff monitor; performing specifically assigned tasks.
- →Operates FamCamp vehicles safely and IAW established directives.
