- →As a Strategic Communications and Engagement Specialist, you will be the creative voice and strategic mind helping us share this vital mission.

- →How you will make a lasting impact: Lead Strategic Public Campaigns: Design and execute comprehensive, modern communication and community outreach plans that educate the public and key regional partners about our reliable energy mission and grid modernizations.
- →Advise Executive Leadership: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior managers and executives, helping them successfully navigate complex public matters and align their messaging with agency-wide goals.
- →Craft Compelling Digital Content: Write, edit, and co-develop engaging articles, social media posts, announcements, and digital newsletters that bring our story to life for audiences across the region.
- →Build Key Community Partnerships: Establish and nurture collaborative, trusting relationships with regional partners, including local communities, customer groups, non-profits, Tribes, and other public organizations.
- →Develop Tailored Project Plans: Analyze specific audience needs to determine the most effective media channels-such as video, interactive web elements, or print-to deliver clear and impactful messages.
- →Collaborate with Creative Teams: Partner closely with in-house graphic designers, web developers, and writers to produce visually stunning, professional informational materials that support key public events.
- →Listen to the Community: Create and implement new, innovative feedback tools to understand public perspectives, and adapt our communication strategies based on what we learn.
- →Facilitate High-Profile Events: Plan, organize, and host high-visibility internal and external public meetings, workshops, and informational events that bring together industry experts and community members.
