This position is in the Office of Media Relations (OMR), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) located in Washington, DC. - →The position serves as a Public Affairs Specialist responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating public affairs activities associated with assigned Commission initiatives and portfolios.
- →The incumbent performs advanced public affairs assignments involving matters of substantial public visibility and policy significance.
- →The incumbent provides authoritative communications advice on matters that frequently involve nationally visible regulatory initiatives, politically sensitive Commission actions, emerging telecommunications technologies, controversial policy matters, congressional interest, executive branch coordination, crisis communication environments, and rapidly evolving public narratives.

- ✓Current FCC employees must provide SF-50 verifying grade & status.
