About the Role
This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application.
What You'll Do
- →The Program Manager of the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic located at the Worcester and Fitchburg Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC), administratively oversees all aspects of clinical programming at these sites and supervises the large interdisciplinary staff who provide services within the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Team Program (BHIP) and other outpatient services as assigned.
- →The incumbent works at the Worcester CBOC.
- →This vacancy will be filled through multidisciplinary postings for Psychologist and Social Workers.
- →Provides clinical coverage as needed to any outpatient mental health program, prioritizing the need in Springfield and Pittsfield first.
- →Carries a caseload of outpatients at any given time.
