This position is located in the Departmental Offices, Domestic Finance, Community Development Financial Institutions Fund. The incumbent serves as the Manager in the Office of Compliance Monitoring and Evaluation, assigned continuing responsibility for managing one or more CDFI Fund programs.
What You'll Do

- →As a Program Manager (CDFI Manager (Programs)), you will: Ensure programs are administered fairly and efficiently.
- →Develop complete and timely policy and programmatic responses.
- →Develop and or utilize innovative and efficient operations and business processes.
- →Evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
- →Manage, motivate, and mentor Associate Program Managers (APM) and general staff assigned to the business unit.

- ✓Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
