This position is part of the Government Publishing and Print Procurement, Government Publishing Office in Washington, District of Columbia.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as an authority when making contractual decisions and procurement policies/procedures and/or recommendations.
- →Manages and oversees professional printing and publishing work and related contracting tasks for the executive, judicial, and legislative branches of the Federal government.
- →Maintains a comprehensive personnel management program which embraces employee relations, recruitment, placement, training.
- →Develops policies and protocols for conducting the work of the team or multiple teams.
- →Uses a sound knowledge of printing work and customer service, the incumbent establishes protocols for handling customer relations and develops performance metrics for the assigned unit.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education in lieu of one year of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.

- ✓GRADUATE EDUCATION: One academic year of graduate education is considered to be the number of credits hours your graduate school has determined to represent one academic year of full-time study.
- ✓Such study may have been performed on a full-time or part-time basis.
- ✓If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study.
