About the Role
About the Position: Serve as the Prevention Specialist responsible for the planning and evaluation of prevention activities (policies, programs, and practices), training, education and outreach for integrated primary prevention.
What You'll Do
- →Conduct environmental scans and needs assessments in support of the development of comprehensive integrated primary prevention (CIPP) plans.
- →Support senior prevention specialist with data-informed actions, prevention methodologies, assessment and prevention training.
- →Identify efficiencies in primary prevention development and delivery through outcome evaluation plans and other evaluation methodologies.
- →Utilize professional knowledge to support the command's integrated prevention efforts to include planning, implementation and evaluation of outcomes against at least two specific harmful behaviors.
