About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at Directorate of Medicine, Internal Medicine Service, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Serve on an inpatient medical ward team in delivering health care for inpatients in a ward, step-down and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environments.
- →Provide consultative services with physician over-site within the inpatient ward.
- →Provide out-patient services within the Internal Medicine Clinic for acute, routine, inpatient follow up or consultative type appointments.
- →Record entries into patient’s chart, including daily progress notes with test results, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- →Write prescriptions and order the administration of medications for patients in accordance with approved treatment protocols.
