About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center with the Director for Surgery, Department of Neurosurgery. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Perform medical examinations and evaluations to formulate diagnosis.
- →Interpret reports from radiograph and other diagnostic technology.
- →Order routine laboratory tests and imaging studies.
- →Implement response guide therapies and prescribe medication based on evidence-based recommendations.
- →Write and dictate electronic medical programs computer entries.
- →Provide health education to patients and families.
