This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is for a Physical Therapist (Holistic Health and Fitness) position located at U.S. Army Combined Arms Support Command, Sustainment Center of Excellence, U.S. Army Quartermaster School, 23rd Quartermaster Brigade, Fort Lee, Virginia.
What You'll Do
- →Provide full range of professional injury screening and prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to maximize Soldier performance and improve unit readiness.
- →Perform physical therapy professional duties requiring an advanced practical knowledge of physical therapy skills, evidence-based practice, data collection and reporting as part of the H2F team.
- →Plan and organize professional injury screening and prevention.
- →Research, analyze, and report on injury control and program effectiveness.
- →Advise Commanders and Directors on the development and implementation of strength and endurance programming and execution.
- →Participate on the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) team to coordinate the rehabilitation or wellness activities of individual or groups of Solders.
