About the Role
This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Human Resources Division (HRD), Research and Analysis Section (HRN). This position(s) primary purpose is to serve as the expert psychometrician and staff technical expert on all matters related to selection, promotion, training, and retention of DEA core occupational positions, and organization development and workforce analysis.
What You'll Do
- →As a Personnel Psychologist, your typical work assignments may include: Performs statistical analysis and interpretative studies based on data collected from applicants, employees, and managers.
- →Develops new datasets for statistical computation and modeling applications from multiple database systems.
- →Designs and conducts specialized, complex research studies to make major improvements to promotion procedures and policies for occupational series and for supervisory, managerial and executive personnel.
- →Interacts, negotiates and obtains commitment for procedures and practices that enhance the quality, fairness and validity of HR programs.
- →Plans and coordinates contract administration activities for long-term, extensive technical service contracts and/or cost type contracts.
