This position is located at Fort Irwin, California. Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee applicable to employees working at least 15 hours per week: First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Second and Subsequent Child: 25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as director for installation/community, Outreach Services Program, provides assistance to active duty military personnel, DOD civilians, and their family members.
- →Implements and monitors DA policies related to Outreach Services, e.g., fees, patron eligibility, baseline programming, space allocations/goals, etc.
- →May be required to recruit and hire qualified personnel utilizing Army CYS Standard Position Descriptions.
- →Develops program budget and provides to CYS Coordinator for CYS budget.
- →As Subject Matter Expert on installation child and youth Outreach Services issues prepares reports, surveys, and briefings for command and installation on matters pertaining to CYS.
