This position is within the Department of Energy, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, BPA Human Resources Service Center. As a key HR Specialist, you will support senior staff in one of the core HR functional areas. Depending on your assigned team, your focus may be on recruitment and placement, benefits, classification, training, compliance, or employee/labor relations.
