The primary purpose of this position is: To Serves as the OAS Senior Liaison for the Wright-Patterson AFB area. Assists entire spectrum of activities involved in OAS mission of providing broad expertise to MAJCOMs and Air Staff in planning, executing, and reporting of study efforts regarding capabilities and requirements of future weapon systems.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the Wright-Patterson AFB Liaison/Tech Advisor for the Director, OAS.
- →Incumbent is the technical and management Lead for OL-WP and exercises great independent professional judgment on the exact engagement and operational direction of the Operating Location.
- →Scientific Studies and Analyses.
- →Evaluates, and on occasion leads, system analysis studies on unconventional and advanced future Air Force systems in order to satisfy deficiencies in Air Force capabilities.
- →Consultation.
- →Provides expert consultation with Army, Navy, JCS, OSD and other federal agencies as necessary.
