Department: 56 Force Support Squadron (FSS) Marketing Department Funding Type: Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Employment Type: Flexible (No guaranteed hours, no benefits) Core Mission: Provide critical administrative, print production, and event support for the 56 FSS Marketing Department to effectively promote squadron programs, increase community participation, and drive Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) revenue.
What You'll Do
- →Office Administration & Customer Service: Performs general office duties, including receiving telephone calls, tending to customers, completing work and email orders, routing correspondence, and maintaining both electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
- →Document & Print Production: Utilizes Microsoft Office and Adobe design programs to produce customer order proofs, documents, and other projects from pre-designed templates.
- →Operates production equipment including printers, copiers, scanners, and folding/cutting machines.
- →Marketing & Publicity Support: Assists in preparing, producing, and distributing publications and marketing materials for squadron activities, programs, and functions (e.g., magazine booklets, brochures, calendars, flyers, posters, banners, signs, and slide presentations).
