What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the supervision and administrative functions of the Micro Market services and personnel.
  • Product inventory includes but not limited to, an assortment of snack, beverage, frozen, fresh, and hot food, and other merchandise assortment.
  • Operates an administrative computer and peripheral equipment.
  • Monitors inventory, inputs, retrieves, and reports data as needed to ensure efficient and accurate inventory accountability.
  • Performs administrative functions and training in vending and micro market software which entails handheld computer input for all route tasks.
  • Maintains records, files and reports as required Recommends new programs or products; and makes appropriate product changes to enhance sales growth.
  • Uses a variety of industry methods to maintain operational effectiveness.
  • Assists in planning, reviewing, and implementing policies established by higher authority.
  • Evaluates and advises on the effectiveness of operating procedures including the economic and effective utilization of personnel and equipment.
  • Inspects locations to ensure the micro markets are sustained, and brand standards are upheld to ensure maximum sales potential in accordance with prescribed procedures.
  • Provides minor repairs and preventive maintenance of equipment when necessary.
  • Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy.
  • Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner.
  • Takes action to solve problems quickly.
