About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Recruitment incentives MAY be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Routinely perform tests of difficult and complex nature routinely.
- →Perform start up and shut down procedures.
- →Perform daily (or as required) quality control procedures for ensuring the acceptability of all testing systems.
- →Evaluate control data to ensure the results are within acceptable norms.
- →Perform a wide variety of testing in the areas of STAT/routine hematology, coagulation, chemistry, urinalysis, serology, immunoassays, Blood Bank or microbiology testing.
