Medical Support Assistant (Advanced) The Advanced Medical Support Assistant position is assigned to a Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT) model or a Specialty Care Setting involved in a PACT model. The PACT team is a primary care team that generally consists of a primary care provider (MD, NP, PA), registered nurse care manager, clinical associate (LPN or medical assistant/health technician), and administrative associate (MA/MSA/health technician).

- →The position requires the incumbent to physically report for work to the Mason City, IA Community Based Outreach Clinic.
- →Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am- 4:00 pm Telework: Not Available Virtual: This is not a virtual position.

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen to apply for this job.
- ✓Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- ✓Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
- ✓Subject to background/security investigation.
