About the Position: Serves as Accounting Technician for Regional Health Command Europe supporting all medical billing functions for Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) and BAVARIA MTFs and all Army clinics throughout Europe. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Operates, manages transactions, and analyzes reports from a variety of billing and accounting systems Corrects and resubmits claims to insurance companies Provides audit documentation showing initiation of accounts receivable, payments expected and received, overpayments returned, and outstanding accounts receivable.
- →Researches collections disputed by patients and finds resolutions Maintains account data in automated database and utilizes other software for correspondence and record tracking
