About the Position: Mechanical Engineer in the Directorate of Installation Services at Tobyhanna Army Depot.
What You'll Do
- →Develop the designs, plans and specifications for heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, cathodic protection systems, manufacturing machinery, manufacturing processes, hydronic, steam/condensate, and other mechanical systems.
- →Direct, control, coordinate and perform engineering duties required to complete a wide variety of engineering projects ranging from the simple to the complex.
- →Serve as Contract Officers Representative (COR) for multiple modernization contracts.
- →Develop and coordinate implementation of maintenance programs such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Preventive Maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance programs for industrial plant equipment, and equipment in place.
- →Consult and advise senior leaders, technical staff and customers concerning design, development, acquisition and construction plans as they relate to industrial modernization, and mechanical systems and equipment.
