About the Position: This position is located within the Department of Logistics, Supply Chain at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.
What You'll Do
- →Plan weekly and monthly schedules and sequence of operations for subordinate workers, equipment, facilities and materials.
- →Analyze work plans developed by subordinates and subordinate supervisors and monitors the status of their work.
- →Investigate work related problems to identify causes and implements corrective action(s).
- →Maintain balanced workloads by shifting assignments, workers, and other resources under their control to achieve the most effective and economical work operations.
- →Develop performance standards, counsel's employees on performance and makes formal and informal performance appraisals.
- →Counsel employees on problems and adjusts informal complaints.
