About the Position: This position is located within the Department of Logistics, Supply Chain at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. It is in a warehouse environment and the hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4pm.
What You'll Do
- →Assign immediate instructions and tasks received from the supervisor.
- →Check work in progress and when finished for compliance with supervisor's instructions.
- →Answer workers' questions regarding procedures, policies, written instructions and other directives.
- →Determine in which areas to bin new items under the guidance of the supervisor.
- →Assist in developing plans for storage and arrangement of stock following regulations.
- →Operate Materiel Handling Equipment capable to move heavy items and crates from one location to another.
